THE Fitness Center
THE Fitness Center is located on the second floor of 197 State Street in the office of James M. Swartz, P. T. We have a complete circuit of CYBEX Eagle equipment, three Nautilus pieces and 2 gravitrons for restive exercises. We also have 2 recumbent bikes, 2 bicycle ergometers and an upper body ergometer. We offer a complete locker room that features a secure area for your valuables and you will always find a supply of clean, fresh, towels for your use.
Hours of Operation
Monday
- Friday: 6:00am until 8:00pm and Saturday, 7:00am until 12noon.
Kris Fallat is our A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer.
Her hours are: Monday - Friday: 6:00am until 2:00pm.
THE Fitness Center always has knowledgeable staff on hand to serve your needs. We do ask that you set up your first appointment ahead of time so that we may ensure you the best possible experience.
